"Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. And today? Today is a gift. That's why we call it the present."
I'm not sure if he said this or some other guy. All I know is that it was in "Kung Fu Panda" -> (I know, right?)

"James Dean Was Here" & Argentina
My short story "James Dean Was Here" won The Fifth Annual Equivocality Writer's Travel Scholarship (!).
The grand prize was a round-trip ticket to anywhere in the world (I am going to Argentina).

If...
If you’re not running the risk of failure, then you’re probably doing something really safe and uninteresting. - Susannah Grant
Epic
It's going to be hot today. I know this, because the weather man said it would be. 92. I am planning on coming home in the summer for a few days, maybe a week, spread out between June and then in August. I love New York in the humid, sweltering summer time. When the heat's so thick you can't breathe and you don't want to move.
So what? That's how it is.
Polishing up a screenplay for the Samuel Goldwyn Writing Awards.
Whoo.
Working on my novel.
Yip.
We are planning our summer trip. It's going to be...epic. And economical. Is that possible? I've found that I write best when I do things, go on adventures. It sparks my mind, especially if I'm doing something new. I want to write about it. Life inspires me? Okay. Sure.
I've found that staying out late and partying does not spark my mind. It just makes me want to sleep.
I've found that traveling makes me happy. I've known this since I was 5.
I've found that cities make me happy. So much to look at, so many people living their lives. Whoa.
I've found that when I exercise, I feel better about myself. When I MOVE my body. I need balance. Staring in front of the computer and then taking a hike or running.
I've found that I know yoga would be good for me. Now I just need to find a way to afford to take classes.
I've found: reading, writing, sleeping, eating good food, laughing, watching films, traveling, moving. This makes me smile. I am content.
I've found...that I like finding things.
Me and M. M and I. Some people don't get it. They just stare when I tell them. And that's...okay. But no judgments please. Or rather, sure. Judge away. But what we're doing...it's definitely not something you could do on two weeks of vacation a year.
And that, for me, is yay. :)
But why judge? People live all kinds of lives. It could happen. Can.
Now we just have to go, go, go. Honestly, just think...there will be enough time when we get back to grow up, get another job. Hell, we have our whole lives to do that. Isn't that what we're going to have to do? That's how it goes, right?
